I thought I saw each and every one of my WW members on Sunday that participated, but looking through the photos I noticed people who I didn't realize were there. If I missed any names on the photo captions, please let me know. I tried my best to remember everyone.

5K Walk... SUCCESS

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who participated and made this 5K Walk possible! I won't list names for fear of missing anyone... but, you know who you are! Your help meant the world to me!

More than  70 WW Members and 30+ family members and friends (along with a dozen four-legged friends) attended the 5K Walk today.

You are all truly amazing! Each and every one of you inspires and motivates me every day! I feel truly blessed to have the best-est job in the world and the best-est WW members/friends!

It's almost here!!!

The 5K is almost here!!! Are you excited?? I am!!! I can't wait to see all of you on Sunday at Bonnie Park in Strongsville. We'll kick-off at 2pm. Please plan to arrive by 1:45pm.

Here are some things to know...

#1. Bring water! You need to hydrate yourself before, during and after the walk. I will have some water available, but always best to be prepared.

#2. Carpool, if you invited guests. I want to ensure there is plenty of parking.

#3. Wear sunscreen! We'll be walking mostly in the shade... but, the weather is calling for sun!

#4. We'll walk RAIN OR SHINE!! Unless there are really bad thunderstorms/tornadoes, we'll continue with the 5K! (I know some of you have trained in the rain too! Woo hoo!)

#5. Look for the signs and balloons! I'll have signs and balloons at the corner of Pearl Road and Albion Road/Valley Parkway, and at the entrance to Bonnie Park.

#6. Sign in and out! I will be asking everyone to sign in and out to keep a record of those who attended and to ensure that no one is left behind!

#7. Group Photo!!! I want to commemorate this GREAT event with a group photo before we start. We'll gather together and take one before the walk begins.

#8. Pre-event Warm-up -- One of my members, Kim, who is a yoga instructor, has agreed to warm everyone up before we kick off!

#9. And, lastly... Be prepared to have FUN!!!

I am so excited that you'll be joining me and all my wonderful WW friends on Sunday for the 5K Walk. I'm so proud of each and every one of you for all the hard work you've done to prepare for this walk. It's going to be GREAT!!!
